In July, I had a suspected pipe leak and Pam fit me in immediately, guided me through the process and fixed the actual toilet leak as the problem. Taught me several things to watch for and showed why it was undetectable.

Now, I had several issues at once in my rental building! Small issues but important ones, especially for tenants. Shower faucet fell off for a tenant and kitchen sink faucets leaking, all from hard water corrosion. Again, prompt and courteous response and an appointment the next day. Ken was great working around tenant availability. Called me with each decision. In no time at all, everything was fixed or new depending on what was needed and at very reasonable price!
